Felipe Guazzelli

Graduated in Business Administration and Marketing at ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in São Paulo, and post-graduated in Real Estate at FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração.​
In 2006, he joined Cushman & Wakefield, a leading multinational real estate consulting company, working in the Tenant Representation Department as a Consultant, Manager and Director until December 2013. In January 2014, he joined the Investment Department of BR Properties, working in the Leasing Department focusing on the company’s portfolio management. From 2021 to 2023, he held the position of Non-Statutory Investment Officer and was responsible for the Investment and Leasing Departments.​
