BGR’s managers have more than 30 years of experience in the real estate market and 12 years of experience working together at BR Properties S.A., which, as a publicly traded company, was listed on B3’s Novo Mercado until mid-2023. As the Company adhered to B3’s Novo Mercado, the corporate governance was in line with excellence international standards.
Our pillars at BGR remain the same, including transparent operations (especially accountability with our stakeholders), equity, respect, ethics in people treatment, corporate responsibility in the decision-making process, and business management, with a focus on the Company’s continuity and its social and environmental role.
BGR maintains a Compliance structure, whose procedures must be followed by all its employees through the Code of Ethics. We are also an investment management company registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), which requires standards of professional conduct and investment policies.
