Andre Bergstein

Graduated in Electronic Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, with an MBA in finance from IBMEC – Rio de Janeiro. He began his career at Grupo Icatu, working at the group’s holding for about 13 years, managing investments in the real estate, advertising, and insurance segments, among others. In 2005, he became the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at Brazilian Finance & Real Estate S.A., a real estate-finance holding company. He then became an executive officer of the Real Estate area at Plural Capital Gestora de Recursos Ltda., and in 2012 he became the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of Gafisa S/A. He also became a member of the Board of Directors of Alphaville Urbanismo S.A. and Construtora Tenda S.A. In 2017, he joined BR Properties where he held the position of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer until 2023.
